A few years ago I planted 3 of these roses. All of them were a disappointmen, due to a condition called "balling".
I was wondering if this condition was improved upon as I really like this rose and would consider growing it again.
I was also told the form of this rose is, ( URN SHAPED).

Mary,

It appears that your garden is located in a microclimate that just does not allow Oklahoma to perform at it's best. Some roses need a lot of heat to open fully and will "ball" if planted in a coastal zone. Although this is a beautiful rose, since it does not perform well in your garden, I would suggest that you seek out another rose that can thrive and be beautiful in your garden.

Smiles,

Lyn
