Leaf rollers are moth larvae. Their "calling cards" are rolled leaves and unopened flower buds with holes in them.

I believe my miniature rose bush is infected with Leaf Rollers. How can I eliminate this problem by not using Herbicides, but by the use of household ingred. I have heard of dish soap being used, but I can't think of the other ingred. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
