Is this rose resistant to disease?

In the first years the Heritage rose in my garden in Vienna (Austria) was severely affected by blackspot. As it is fully established now and a rather high bush (5 to 6 feet), the rose copes better with this disease.

In my garden this rose is disease resistent to black spot but when it comes to roserust it is as bad as Alba Maxsima. I have 3 Heritage plantet on different places in my garden an they are all the same.Full of rust. I like this rose, but in my garden it is a lot of truble.
