I had a special request and my emails were answered quickly and helpfully. When I visited the nursery on its Open Day, all the plants I saw were in excellent condition. The sales part of the nursery is small, but so beautiful! It is a well-managed nursery with super friendly and helpful staff, even if your French is as bad as mine. The owner's hospitality shows through in every beautiful detail. I even got 10% off for wearing a hat!

Hello Henrik, Sorry to read this. Your remark certainly refers to your email (sent to Mireille) last week (07 May) concerning your order of 'Parfum de Mireille' (bare-root rose). We just returned this morning from a stay in the David Austin's Plant centre & Gardens. We currently handle all emails that have come in recent days. We respond to your message as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards, Mireille & Philippe (direct contact : info@filroses.com)

FilRoses have now reimbursed me for a rose plant that failed to grow. Rating for "Customer service" has been adjusted accordingly.

Hello Mr. Behcet,
Thank you for your message. Even if it's been a long time ago, we remember your visit in August 2009. The nursery was closed but it was a pleasure welcoming your wife, you and your dog(s). You had organized a trip on the theme of the rose and came from Switzerland (via Holland) to Belgium. You visited our garden, took some pictures and chose some beautiful varieties potted flowers. We helped you to find place to load your roses in your car and were very worried about the long road back to Switzerland. Don't have the plants too much suffered from the long trip in the heat? Macthed your plant selection to your climate? Have the plants survived winter 2009-2010? Without more details, we are not able to determine the possible causes. But why haven't you contacted us (in person) earlier? We are always accessible and open to any questions.
Hoping to hear from you soon, by mail or phone. Our best regards, Mireille & Philippe
