Bought this rose from Hortico probably ten years ago as “Paul Potter.” Mine at least looks like the rose Hortico showed on its website at that time. Sometimes it does have stripes. The other rose pictured is not at all similar, but given Hortico’s track record, either one could be the correct rose.

As shown, she's already double the height as written in the description. If she has a fragrance, I'm not able to smell it. Until now she has been acting like a wild rose, very robust, care-free and once-blooming for weeks in summer. Sadly, she doesn't produce hips.
Maybe I should cut her after the first bloom (didn't do that in recent two years because the natural growth of the little shrub looks so nice).
