G.33 - ('Sunblest' x seedling). An unnamed seedling, by Fryers of Knutsford, with lovely deep yolk-yellow, H.T. shaped smallish flowers which are very strongly tea-scented. The deep purple, mature stems contrast pleasingly with the flower colour. My subjective assessment is that not for years have we had such an attractive scent in a new rose. Officially this is a floribunda but I think of it as an H.T. Trial Ground Certificate.
