'Sheila McOueen', an unusual chartreuse green floribunda bred by Jack Harkness, U.K. The flowers start out in an apricot colour tinged green, and then as they develop they turn completely to chartreuse green and look almost unreal. The flowers last a long time and would certainly appeal to the floral artists. Scored well and is very floriferous.
