I bought a band from Sequoia. It is tough, absolutely charming, lovely blooms, like layers of chiffon, fine glossy foliage and needs little attention. No chemicals and it doesn't spot. At least 2 flushes of bloom,the softest blush.Happy in zone 5A, don't winterize once it is established. In my top 5.
