This rose in my garden gave blooms through out the season. When I received it last year at the beginning of the winter, it still got buds. Has anyone experienced that? It is a lovely, moderately fragrant rose.

Survived the zone 4b winter of 2013, it was knocked back by a third, but it is coming back.

Upright and arching canes, it blooms on the cane's ends; light fragrance. 1 1/2 inch white with a light pink edge. Dark green shiny foliage, no blackspot. It receives full sun in early spring, and light shade the rest of the year.
