Bloom:
Deep pink.  Spice fragrance.  35 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: up to 3' (up to 90cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 10b.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Tiny Petals Nursery says Little Carol has fragrant, rich deep pink blooms with excellent show form and this rose makes an incredible garden display as well. Date of introduction: January 1, 1990.
