Does Tangerine Jewel set hips?

I no longer have 'Tangerine Jewel'. I think the consensus has been that it's not very fertile. I don't remember hip set on mine.

'Tangerine Jewel' is purportedly triploid but as you know that sometimes doesn't mean sterile. I'd try Tangerine Jewel for pollen if I were to attempt to utilize it in breeding.
