I had two Pinnacle roses both from RU next to each other, one died winter 2014 to 2015 when we had sub zero temps before all that snow we had in January 2015, too late to protect them. Blizzards started late January to March. I had one since 2007, they are all on my yearly Rose Schedules from 2000 or 2001. I lost another plant this past winter. I am going to try again in 2018.

I have several Berries ‘n’ Cream Climbers planted in 2003 & more in 2005, I had to have very tall friend chop over to cut off arbors and I finished to below ankle level.

Interestingly, I found this rose to do much better in the ground than when it was in a pot. The foliage was yellow and the blooms nondescript and blah to the point I almost threw it out. But, on a whim I transplanted into a garden spot and it immediatley took off and the turnaround was dramatic. The foliage is very dark green and shiny and the blooms well-formed and plentiful though there is no fragrance. I planted it in my mixed color floribunda bed and it is a standout for it's color and form. It never got overly tall--about 2 1/2' tall or so, but the foliage is pretty bushy and full in appearance. So, all in all this makes a nice rose and I would recommend it to anyone.
