Bred by Ralph S. Moore (United States, 2005).
Introduced in United States by Sequoia Nursery, Moore Miniature Roses Historic Archive in 2005 as 'Roses are Red'.
Class:
Hybrid Hulthemia persica, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Red blend.  None / no fragrance.  4 to 11 petals.  Average diameter 3".  Large, single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  
Habit:
Tall, arching, spreading.  Medium, semi-glossy, medium green foliage.  

Height: up to 6' (up to 185cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 5b through 9b.  Can be used for exhibition, landscape, shrub or specimen.  Remove spent blooms to encourage re-bloom.  Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood..  Remove unproductive wood every third year or so.  
Breeder's notes:
Repeat flowering hulthemia hybrid with large red flowers with a black/red eye. Tall arching shrub.
