Bred by Jean Laffay (France, 1845).
Introduced in Australia by Camden Park in 1850 as 'Princesse Adélaide'.

Bloom:
Light pink.  Strong fragrance.  Medium to large, full (26-40 petals), in large clusters bloom form.  Occasional repeat later in the season.  
Habit:
Upright.  

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).  Width: up to 3' (up to 90cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Very hardy.  very vigorous.  can be trained as a climber.
