How well does this perform as a garden shrub? Is it suitable only for drier climates?

Sorry - Don't understand. It looks as though:
'Tigris 2' was a 1994 Moore rose.
'Persian Peach was a 2006 Moore rose (which had 'Tigris 2' as a pollen parent.)

Tigris 2 is supposedly T2, which is the pollen parent of this rose, Persian Peach.
