Origin:
Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1985).
Introduced in New Zealand by McGredy Roses International (New Zealand) in 1990 as 'Spiced Coffee'.
Class:
Hybrid Tea.  
Bloom:
Russet, pink edges.  Fawn, lavender beige, parchment brown..  Strong, lemon, spice fragrance.  15 to 25 petals.  Large, double (17-25 petals), borne mostly solitary, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, upright.  Medium, matte, medium green foliage.  

Height: 30" to 47" (75 to 120cm).  Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Can be used for beds and borders, cut flower or garden.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to blackspot , susceptible to Mildew.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .

Finegand Nursery says this rose has pale amber flushed lavender pink buds which open to blooms of pale beige with lavender edges...
