Introduced in United States by Texas Mini Roses in 1994 as 'Stormy Weather'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Mauve or purple blend.  Strong fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small, full (26-40 petals), high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 18" to 30" (45 to 75cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
