Hybrid Polyantha, Shrub.  
Bloom:
Yellow.  None to mild fragrance.  up to 15 petals.  Average diameter 1.25".  Small, semi-double (9-16 petals), double (17-25 petals) bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Bushy, spreading.  

Height: 2' to 39" (60 to 100cm).  Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for ground cover or hedge.
