Introduced in United States by Weeks Wholesale Rose Grower, Inc. in 2011 as 'Whimsy'.

Bloom:
White, pink streaks, stripes, flecks, white reverse.  Flowers white painted with pink, reverse white.  None to mild fragrance.  18 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2.25".  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Pointed, ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Short, bushy, rounded.  Medium, glossy, light green foliage.  3 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: 3' to 47" (90 to 120cm).  Width: 2' to 30" (60 to 75cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 4b through 9a.  Can be used for beds and borders, container rose, cut flower or garden.

This invention relates to a new and distinct variety of Miniature Rose. It has as its seed parent the variety known as ‘WEKiscorou’ (not patented) and as its pollen parent the variety known as ‘RADtko’ (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 16,202)....The branches used for the photograph came from 3 to 4 year-old rose plants of the new variety grown outdoors in Pomona, Calif. in the month of November.
