My grafted plant is mature now. It grows like a grandiflora. Its moderate height and slightly V-shaped plant, similar to Sunshine Daydream. Bloom-size is about the same, as well, so 4" in the summer and 5" in the spring. Sometimes it has single blooms, and sometimes it has many wide sprays. It's quite nice. Foliage is slightly holly-like. Blooms form is sometimes exhibition, often typical tea-shape, and then sometimes quite informal. It seems weather dependent and variable. Color is always a very clear red. It doesnt pink or blue. Health and vigor is above average for its class, which is very welcome.

It rarely ever sets hips, and it germinates even less that it ever sets. This is probably why it has better than average repeat bloom.

This is probably one of the best bright red HTs I've ever grown, other than Peak Performance, because it's a good garden rose.

Smelled it at Washington Park today. It surprised me, as I expected nothing to smell, like most bright red HTs. It had a warm, spicy scent. In the moderate fragrance range.
