Introduced in United States by Spring Meadow Nursery, Inc. in 2012 as 'Oso Easy Pink Cupcake'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Salmon-pink.  Moderate, sweet fragrance.  15 to 25 petals.  Average diameter 2.75".  Medium, semi-double to double, borne mostly solitary, flat bloom form.  Continuous (perpetual) bloom throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Arching, well-branched.  Glossy, dark green foliage.  5 to 7 leaflets.  

Height: up to 15" (up to 40cm).  Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).

'Chewallbell' was bred and developed by Christopher Hugh Warner in Newport, Shropshire, United Kingdom. It originated from a controlled cross conducted in June 1999 between the variety 'Anna Livia' as the female parent and 'Scrivbell' as the male parent.

The new Rose plant originated from a cross-pollination made by the Inventor in June, 1999 of Rosa hybrida `Anna Livia`, not patented, as the female, or seed, parent with Rosa hybrida `Scrivbell`, not patented, as the male, or pollen, parent. The new Rose plant was discovered and selected by the Inventor in 2005 as a single flowering plant within the progeny of the stated cross-pollination in a controlled environment in Newport, Shropshire, United Kingdom.
