Membership paid last night and still can't log in.
I wish there was an auto-renew option.

While I can sympathize with your frustration, if there is an auto renew option I might cancel my membership. One reason I continue to support HMF is that I do know that the fees are used only for HMF and do not also support outside entities, such as the companies who manage autopay. Other than what is needed to maintain an internet presence, of course. Also, those autopay companies have a nasty habit of renewing your account without notice months before your subscription expires. I already cancelled a magazine subscription for that very reason. The fact that such might be "standard practice and you should have read the small print"; does not reassure, nor does it convince me not to withhold my money.

While I can sympathize with your situation, I said, "option".
Simply don't choose to auto renew.
We're on the same page with support and renewals.
