Who knows the phenonema, that when the flower lets the petals fall, that in the middle of it it forms new flowerbuds? And how is this caused and called. Is this the so-called proliferation? (see pictures)

You can look up 'proliferation' in the GLOSSARY on the navigation bar to the left and get a definition. I have read that some roses are just prone to proliferation and sometimes it is caused by too much nitrogen used while feeding your plants.

You're right again. I always forget again and again, to use the Glossary and its photo's!
And as for the definition and the photo's, it's definitely proliferation!
