Dear HMF webmaster,
In the past when I would receive a Private Message I would get an email notification about it and an alert would show up on my Account Page.
That feature doesn't seem to be working any longer.

I tested this by sending a PM to a fellow HMF member I know and emailing him to see if he got a notification.
He told me he did not.

Is there some way to activate it?
