Hi, Sundog. Using the Roses search features of HMF, you can search for Bugnet roses both by the breeder, Georges Bugnet, and by name, Bugnet. Start here: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/roses.php
From the results of a search of "Contains" Bugnet, I see a few public gardens that grow the roses you are looking for. If you are really motivated, try to get a rose nursery that specializes in hardy roses interested in those varieties and work to supply them with propagation material from the public gardens. These projects can take a year or two. I suspect your first job is to find an interested Canadian nursery. You can search for Canadian nurseries here: http://www.helpmefind.com/rose/nurseries.php
Good luck.
