I noticed that you have decided to start charging for certain features of Help Me Find. There has been some debate on the RHA about this and that relating to this decision.

I am fairly dissapointed with the decision to do this and wrote about it on RHA. There were a number of responses and a couple of people made some very valid points. A lot dealt with the effort involved in HMF and the cost of maintaining the web site.

In stead of sitting around and complaining about the new fees, I would like to help or at least offer some ideas that might possibly help generate some additional cash flow for HMF. I am not sure how much help I would be or what you have and have not tried.

I am the lead database architect for a SaaS company so have quite a bit of experience with this sort of thing. Current product is responsible for over 200 billion in orders yearly. Problem is I dont use php so my web development experience may not be of much use to you. If you ever want Silverlight ASP.Net based help, I would be willing to donate some time to help out. I do have some possible ideas for HMF becoming a service provider.
