Does anyone know if it is possible to make a private purchase from NIRP growers? They are located in France and are listed as a wholesaler.

Realize this is an old answer, but if you are in the USA and want to purchase from Europe you must follow importation laws. Which can be done but are lengthy and expensive.
So it is not impossible. Check the USDA website if you want to go further.
