Hi,
I am having a difficult time signing in. Last evening I paid $24.00 USD for a premium membership and the site keeps indicating that my password is being used by another member which in effect is me. Perhaps you could correct this situation.
In addition, I am trying to upload a photo of the 'Catherine Arnold' rose and have had little success and I am unsure why this is so.

It sounds like you may have multiple member accounts - we'll take a look and combine them as necessary. Meanwhile, thank you for your support of HelpMeFind.

You had a second member account which we combined into the first/original one and we have also initiated a password reset on your behalf. You will be receiving an email with a new, temporary password to sign in at which point you can change your password to something of your choosing.
This will also solve your photo upload issue.
