I bought myself a minuture rose bush and it began to die so I put it outside and it started to come back but now only half the plant has blooms on it and the other half looks deader than a door nail, what can I do to perk it up and have more buds on it and how should I take care of it in the winter ,around wisconsin in the winter it gets super cold and I have to bring it indoors because it is in a pot.

Roses of any sort do not like being in the house. If you are in zone 7 or higher put it in a big pot and leave it outside. If you are under zone 7, put it in the ground..it will winter just fine. Prune the dead stuff out, there is no help for it and the rose will thank you for your efforts. Good luck
