Origin:
Bred by William Gilbert (Canada, before 1995).
Class:
Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
White, pink flecks.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 6".  Medium, cupped, Japanese (anemone, imperial) bloom form.  
Habit:

Height: up to 40" (up to 100cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 2a and warmer.

Notes:
First bloomed before 1995, registered 2016. The breeder named this peony after his wife.
Bred by Walter Gilbert of Elora Ontario Canada. Not commercially available, exists in private gardens, Royal Botanical Gardens (Hamilton, Ontario), and Rideau Hall, Ottawa, Ontario.
