Bred by Louis Smirnow (United States, before 1995).
Introduced in New Zealand by John & Dot McFarlane in 2001 as 'Glow Light'.
Class:
Hybrid suffruticosa, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Pink and red, darker center.  Mild fragrance.  Semi-double, flat bloom form.  Midseason.  
Habit:

Height: up to 4'11" (up to 150cm).
