Origin:
Bred by William J. Seidl (United States, before 1996).
Introduced in New Zealand by John & Dot McFarlane in 2002 as 'Lemon Thrills'.
Class:
Hybrid suffruticosa, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Lemon-yellow, dark red flares.  Midseason.  
Habit:
Dark foliage.  

Height: up to 6'7" (up to 200cm).
