Bred by William J. Seidl (United States, before 1995).
Introduced in New Zealand by John & Dot McFarlane in 2002 as 'Regal Tapestry'.
Class:
Hybrid suffruticosa, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Cream, rose-pink shading, darker flares.  Double bloom form.  Mid-to-late.  
Habit:

Height: 4'11" to 6'7" (150 to 200cm).
