Origin:
Bred by Chen Dezhong (China, before 1995).
Discovered by Franklin and Angela Chow (United States, 1995).
Class:
Hybrid rockii, Hybrid suffruticosa.  
Bloom:
Light purple, white center, white outer petals, maroon flares.  Average diameter 6.5".  Medium to large, double bloom form.  
Habit:

Height: 5' to 6' (150 to 185cm).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).

Notes:
First bloomed 1995, propagated 2005, registered 2015. Parents are unregistered P. rockii x P. suffruticosa cultivars.
