Bred by Unknown Chinese Breeder(s) (China, before 1998).
Discovered by Franklin and Angela Chow (United States, 2002).
Class:
Hybrid suffruticosa, Species Cross, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Pink, red flares.  Mild fragrance.  Average diameter 6.5".  Medium, single bloom form.  Midseason.  
Habit:
Upright.  

Height: 8' to 10' (245 to 305cm).  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Selected from 2-year old seedlings received from Chaozhou, Guangdong, China by Franklin and Angela Chow, first bloomed 2002, registered as a suffruticosa in 2013.
