Hi,
I'm another zone 8 TX gardener, and I'm interested in Belle Portugaise. I've seen mixed info regarding cold hardiness here, and was hoping you might be able to tell me about your experience with this rose (I saw it was in your list of plants). I'm amazed at the size of that list, by the way!
