I received a Tree Rose, Gourmet Popcorn (cvWEOpop). The stems are still bare. I would like to plant it in a container and place it on my deck where it will get a lot of sun. My orange tree thrives there. I live in Cincinnati, OH, cold winters, how do I care for it in the winter? Can I put it in my solarium, south west exposure? How do I care for this plant.
