Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1969).
Introduced in New Zealand by McGredy Roses International (New Zealand) as 'Matangi'.
Introduced in United Kingdom by Samuel McGredy and Son, Nurserymen (Northern Ireland) in 1974 as 'Matangi'.
Class:
Floribunda.  
Bloom:
Orange-red, white edges, white reverse.  Orange-red, silver eye & reverse.  Mild fragrance.  23 to 30 petals.  Average diameter 3.5".  Large, flat bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Ovoid buds.  
Habit:
Armed with thorns / prickles, bushy.  Small, glossy, dark green foliage.  

Height: 30" to 47" (75 to 120cm).  Width: up to 2' (up to 60cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Flowers drop off cleanly.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.
