I think this should be listed as a Floribunda rather than Hybrid Tea. The references and comments describe it as such.

All the ARS publications of which I am aware say 'Passionate Kisses' is a floribunda.

The US patent application (12/923,828) was abandoned 12/26/2013. The application lists Alain A. Meilland as the inventor. The application, and all current ARS publications of which I am aware, say the rose is a floribunda.

Height : 90/100 cm = 35/39 inches

Star Roses (a U.S. grower)
Height = 3-4 feet
Spread = 3-4 feet

4-5' for height in the description is too tall.
