Rosa ecae 'Golden Chersonese' with a few late season blooms on our East facing border - NE England - One can only presume that this scattered later bloom is derived from its Rosa hugonis 25% bloodline along with 50% Rosa xanthina 'Canary Bird' (has R. hugnosis in its bloodline too) - Alothough there is no known parentage lineage for R. hugnosis it does originate from Central China hinting at some repeat flowering influence, possibly from a R. chinensis source?

Some blooms in the middle of summer. Fairly consistent behaviour here, 1 main bloom early spring, scattered bloom middle of summer and then a small bloom in autumn.
