I have one plant of Perfectly Red and for me, in Zone 5b Chicagoland, this is an outstanding rose that should be more available. Great grower and bloomer, it has very good form even. But primarily its a great red garden rose. My plant is a second year maiden on multiflora from Wisconsin Roses. If you can find this one I would recommend you buy it - you won't be disappointed.
