Introduced in 2000 as 'Carolina Lady'.
Class:
Miniature.  
Bloom:
Red.  None / no fragrance.  26 to 40 petals.  Average diameter 2".  Full (26-40 petals), exhibition bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:

Height: 18" to 25" (45 to 65cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b and warmer.  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.

Notes:
The Mini-Rose Garden says Carolina Lady has double blooms in medium red with white at the base of each petal...
