Charlotte Armstrong is easily the hardiest and most rewarding rose I have ever grown. It is extremely disease and pest resistant, withstands neglect. Like the energizer bunny it just keeps on going, rewarding you all season long with luscious pink, fragrant blooms. The problem is its availability. I have been trying to find a climber but the only sources are U.S. and living in Canada, I can't import plants. If anyone knows of a Canadian source, it would be much appreciated.

Yes, I have already tried all of these options, and as I said the suppliers I have found are outside of Canada and agriculture regulations prevent shipping to Canada.
