USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be pruned to maintain a shorter habit.  Cut back one-half every year..  
Patents:
Patent status unknown (to HelpMeFind).
Notes:
Scott Slater says Rosenresli® actually grows like a climber and can reach up to 10 to 12 feet. The color is a deep rose pink with a slight tint of peach or orange...
'Rosenresli' blooms at the end of long canes and requires drastic pruning.
