Tip Top, Fl. (Tantau, 1973). The outer petals are very deep pink; those near the centre are light salmon pink. One of the newish low growers. Type B (three to seven flowers in each panicle).

TIP TOP (Tantau) Ibrida di Poliantha - Novità 1963 - Marchio internazionale in corso - TANop 0044 - Novità molto interessante per la sua splendida fioritura. La pianta è robusta ma compatta (alt. cm. 40-50) con fogliame sano, lucente su cui spiccano fiori doppi a larghi petali di color salmone chiaro, senza sfumature, e resistente. E' una delle poche ibride di Poliantha con fiori profumati. (foto a pag. 55)

Tip Top (Floribunda. M. Tantau) Will probably have to be called Tantau's Tip Top, as the older variety 'Tip Top' is still grown here in Australia. It is a very nice china pink with attractive flowers in good clusters, and again is a low grower and a compact bushy plant
