According to Mr. Weingart, who sells the "Fornarina" from Sangerhausen, that rose is a Portland. The Gallica from Vétillard should be "pourpre noirâtre" (See François Joyaux, La Rose de France, Imprimerie Nationale, page 216 - 217). The Gallica from Vétillard seems to be lost!
