Deep pink, silver(y) reverse.  Strong fragrance.  50 petals.  Average diameter 5".  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  
Notes:
On January 1, 1976, the Liberty Bell was moved to its new home behind Independence Hall in Philadelphia.
