Introduced in Australia by Roy H. Rumsey Pty. Ltd. in 1978 as 'Decor Arlequin'.
Class:
Shrub.  
Bloom:
Cerise, yellow reverse.  18 petals.  Medium, double (17-25 petals), cluster-flowered, in small clusters, cupped bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  
Habit:
Medium, bushy, upright.  Dark green foliage.  

Height: up to 6'7" (up to 200cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Can be used for cut flower or garden.  Very vigorous.
