Book (1921) Page(s) 133 / 168. Includes photo(s). Marjorie Bulkeley, H.T. (Hugh Dickson). Had this Rose been staged ten years ago, exhibitors would have gone into ecstasies over it. Nowadays the fashion rightly trends more towards those varieties which not only give a good bloom fm- exhibition purposes, but also can be relied upon to produce a quantity of good blooms when the shows are over. With Marjorie Bulkeley we not only have a very fine perfectly formed ideal exhibition bloom, with high pointed centre, but also a very fine garden variety of vigorous branching habit. The colour is a very pale flesh pink, tinted orange, sweetly scented. The dark green healthy foliage of the plant exhibited showed no sign of mildew.' It received a Certificate of Merit at the Summer Show.
