Locarno (Hybrid polyantha) is an orange-scarlet sport from Orleans Rose, and has similar large clusters of semi-double flowers on vigorous erect bushy plants with glossy green foliage occasionally subject to mildew. De Ruyter 1926...Vigorous. Slightly fragrant...June-September. Hardy.
